孤独症儿童早期尖叫行为功能分析与干预

摘要


孤独症，亦称自闭症，是一类由大脑发育异常引发的障碍性疾病。其核心症状表现为社会交往存在显著缺陷、沟通交流能力发展滞后，以及伴随出现的重复刻板化兴趣与行为模式。该病症的发病时间多在三岁之前，三岁之后相关症状会逐渐凸显，绝大多数患病儿童均需接受长期的康复训练与特殊教育支持，才能获得更好的发展。在特殊儿童行为功能分析中，尖叫尚未与其他问题行为（如攻击性行为）分开进行系统研究。该功能分析可助于识别可能维持尖叫的变量，对于有此类问题行为的儿童有一定参考价值。
