冷轧辅助排程甘特图模型研究

摘要


介绍了冷轧辅助排程甘特图模型的设计思路和方案、模型原理、模型构成和实施过程。甘特图模型应用后实现了多工序优化协作，保证了内部库存物流平衡、高效的周转，最大化地降低了合同结转。
