儿童青少年24h活动行为与抑郁情绪的关系进展研究

摘要


基于加拿大学者提出的24h活动行为的概念以及近年来相关学者的研究,本研究整理了24h身体活动、久坐行为和睡眠与儿童青少年抑郁情绪的关系。研究发现身体活动可以增强儿童青少年的自我感觉及改善身体形象,从而增加自信心,且不同类型的身体活动对抑郁情绪也会有不同的效果。过度的久坐行为会加重儿童青少年的抑郁情绪,影响程度受性别因素以及久坐类型的影响。睡眠问题也会加重儿童青少年的抑郁情绪,同时睡眠问题和抑郁情绪是一个反向因果的关系,此外,睡眠问题在身体活动和久坐行为之间发挥着中介的作用。
