虚拟现实结合有氧运动对亚临床抑郁症青少年脑执行功能的影响:基于EEG的微状态数据分析

摘要


近年来,亚临床抑郁症在青少年中逐渐受到关注,表现为持续的情绪低落和认知功能受损,尤其在执行功能方面。虚拟现实(Virtual reality, VR)技术与有氧运动的结合,作为一种新兴的干预手段,旨在通过沉浸式体验和身体活动的双重刺激改善青少年的大脑功能。研究采用流行病调查中心抑郁自评量表(Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale, CES-D)和抑郁障碍自评量表(Patient Health Questionnaire-9, PHQ-9)筛选出60名具有亚临床抑郁症的青少年,探讨VR结合有氧运动对青少年亚临床抑郁症的干预效果。结果显示,干预后,VR结合有氧运动组在多个EEG微状态参数上均有显著变化:微状态A和B的持续时间显著延长(p<0.05),表明情绪调控和注意力分配网络的稳定性增强;微状态C的出现频次降低,反映情绪调节能力的提升;微状态D的涵盖比和转换频率显著提高(p<0.05),表明大脑信息处理的灵活性增强。研究表明,VR结合有氧运动干预能够有效改善亚临床抑郁症青少年的执行功能,可能通过神经网络活动模式的重新组织发挥作用。EEG微状态的变化为理解大脑执行控制功能的神经机制提供了有力证据。未来的研究可优化干预方案,探讨不同参数对神经网络调控的影响,推动其在青少年心理健康干预中的应用。
