孟德尔随机化在肿瘤研究中的应用现状与展望

摘要


孟德尔随机化作为一种基因流行病学分析方法,近年来在肿瘤治疗领域得到了广泛应用。它利用基因变异作为工具变量,评估暴露因素与疾病结果之间的因果关系。文章综述了孟德尔随机化在肿瘤治疗中的应用,包括其基本原理、优势及在不同肿瘤类型中的研究进展。通过孟德尔随机化方法,研究人员能够减少传统观察性研究中的偏倚,更好地识别潜在的治疗靶点,从而为肿瘤治疗提供新的视角和可能的干预策略。
