数字孪生与未来城市

三阶贯通·三堂联动·三圈协同:工程计量计价类职教金课建设与实践

摘要


随着数字住建战略的深化与建筑业数字化转型的加速,工程计量计价领域正发生深刻变革,对高职院校人才培养提出全新挑战。针对当前工程计量计价类课程存在的建设进程割裂、教学场域单一、育人主体协同不足等核心问题,构建并实践了“三阶贯通·三堂联动·三圈协同”的金课建设模式。聚焦课程建设主进程,创建“基础—平台—效果”三阶贯通的递进式体系;聚焦课堂教学主阵地,打造线下、线上、实践三堂联动的教学新生态;聚焦教师队伍主力军,形成核心、拓展、边缘三圈协同的育人共同体。实践表明,该模式显著提升了课程建设质量与育人成效,相关成果已成功应用于海外职教标准开发、行业培训与区域职教改革,为同类课程建设提供了可复制、可推广的系统解决方案。
