适应人口老龄化趋势的《老年社会工作实务》课程教学改革探索

摘要


随着人口老龄化的不断加剧，老年社会工作的作用日益凸显，同时也对社会工作者的知识体系和专业能力提出了新的挑战和要求。当前《老年社会工作实务》课程的教学内容和教学方法，已不能完全适应老年领域的复杂性和动态变化，需要及时融入新兴议题，并整合多学科知识，利用在线资源结合实践技能，以互动式和体验式学习方法为主，社区参与和服务学习为辅，培养能适应老龄化社会需求的高素质社会工作专业人才。
