团体音乐活动参与如何助力青少年心理韧性的提升

摘要


心理韧性作为青少年应对学业压力、人际冲突等逆境的核心心理资源,其培育已成为学校心理健康教育的关键目标。团体音乐活动以协作性、情感性与体验性为核心特征,通过同步互动、情绪表达与意义建构等独特机制,为青少年心理韧性发展提供了重要支撑。基于浙江省 5 所重点中学585名初高中学生的实证调查数据,结合自我效能理论与心理复原力理论,系统探讨团体音乐活动参与对青少年心理韧性的影响路径与作用机制。研究发现,团体音乐活动参与频率与青少年心理韧性呈显著正相关,情绪调节自我效能感在二者关系中发挥部分中介作用;不同性别、年级、生源地青少年在活动参与和心理韧性水平上存在显著差异。文章从理论基础、影响机制、实践策略三个维度展开分析,提出分层化、常态化的团体音乐活动实施路径,为学校艺术教育与心理健康教育融合提供实证支持与实践参考。
