论体能训练的三种境界:手段、关系、周期——一种执教的基本理念

摘要


伴随着我国体能训练理论的历史进阶,体能训练实践也正在逐渐走向规制和良序,当然,也面临着一些困惑或应用层次上的模糊,尤其是训练手段的代际与跨界、训练关系的同期与异步、周期规划的长期与短期等问题突出,为了能够把握体能训练实践逻辑的基本走向和发展脉络,文中认为,体能训练手段仅仅是训练的第一层次,也是原始层次,手段的工具性意义固然重要,但更重要地在于功能的原理性解释;训练关系是体能训练的第二种境界,因为“头痛医头,脚痛医脚”的做法显然仅是治标之策,很可能会南辕北辙;训练周期规划可以说是体能训练的更高层次进阶,这是对前两种境界的有序实施,也是教练的执教艺术所在,否则,体能训练就缺少章法,“唯手段”主义也就成为无奈之举。
