儿童青少年高强度间歇训练的可视化分析

摘要


本研究以2012-2021年Web of Science核心合集收录有关儿童青少年高强度间歇训练的327篇文献为数据源,通过CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,以期快速精确定位国际上的研究趋势与研究热点,为我国今后开展相关研究提供精准指导。研究结果表明,近十年间儿童青少年HIIT研究关注度持续提升,美国、澳大利亚、英国在该研究领域居核心地位,以英国的纽卡斯尔大学为首的高产机构是该研究领域的核心力量。研究内容主要围绕“运动能力与健康水平的改善”、“慢性疾病儿童青少年的运动干预治疗”、“心理认知研究”、“体教结合”等方面,以“运动能力与健康水平的改善”为研究核心热点。在今后的研究中,我国应借鉴国际的先进理论和实验研究,为开展儿童青少年HIIT的方法、机制等提供理论指导。
