全民健身背景下,高尔夫逐渐成为一项受欢迎的运动,吸引越来越多的人参与其中。运动应遵循科学的训练方法,才能实现技术和表现的提升。运动生理与心理、运动挥杆生物力学、体能训练等几个方面是运动科学的重要因素,描述运动科学在高尔夫训练中的应用,重点关注技术和表现优化的最新趋势,为运动员和教练员提供更深入的理解和改进技术的指导。
