血流限制训练对血管内皮功能影响的研究进展

摘要


目的:为了明确血流限制训练对血管内皮功能的影响机制,及其使用安全性相关问题进行文献的查询和综述,为未来临床或普通群体的血流限制训练提供相关建议及研究方向。方法:通过文献资料法,系统搜索并综述来源PubMed、Web of science和中国知网收录的血流限制训练应用于血管功能安全的相关文献。结论:①个性化的血流限制训练方案下,低负荷的(20%~40%1RM)BFR训练可能是改善血管内皮功能的最佳形式,暂没发现对健康人群血管内皮造成明显的损害。大多研究BFR训练后对血管内皮因子生成的影响是急性的,尚需要长期的实验以获得BFR训练对血管内皮功能产生适应性的数据。②目前有限的证据表明血流限制训练可能会改善轻度基础疾病患者的血压和内皮功能,但还需要大样本量的研究证明其安全性。未来,血流限制训练有望成为这类人群改善血管内皮功能的运动方式。
