可变阻力训练的系统综述

摘要


本篇文章通过总结现有研究成果,阐述了关于可变阻力的生理机制、生物力学特征、训练效果、最佳负荷,以及训练方法等相关内容,并将其与传统恒定抗阻训练在各个方面进行对比。此外,阐明了现有研究的共同观点以及争议点,并且探讨了现有研究的局限性和进一步研究以证实这些研究中提出的一些假设的必要性,并对未来研究方向作了一定程度的探讨,旨在为我国未来研究可变阻力训练时提供参考。
