运动员亲社会与反社会行为的归因研究及启示

摘要


运动员的亲-反社会行为得到了人们越来越多的关注。以往研究发现亲-反社会行为在体育比赛中经常出现，能够对参赛者心理、身体产生积极或消极两方面的影响。本研究首先对近二十年的国外相关文献进行了系统回顾，从共情理论、成就目标理论、自我决定理论三种理论视角对运动员亲-反社会行为进行归因探讨；其次，以班杜拉的三方交互决定论为理论基础，进一步分析运动竞赛中主体、行为、环境各要素之间的相互关系，并提出亲-反社会行为的交互模型；最后，对现有研究的局限及未来研究的方向作出展望。
