乳清蛋白补充对抗阻运动后氨基酸代谢及疲劳恢复的影响

摘要


本研究旨在探究液体乳清蛋白补充剂在男性健身爱好者单次高强度抗阻训练前后服用时,其效果发挥的时间点。本研究通过检测服用补充剂后氨基酸的吸收率,以及运动后肌肉酸痛的改善程度,来明确最佳时机进行营养干预。本次随机、双盲、交叉研究实验共面向北京体育大学招收九名健身男爱好者。每个受试者依次接受两个干预方案,在完成两组相同的高强度抗阻训练试验时,分别接受蛋白质补充(W组)或安慰剂对照(C组)。首次测试前,受试者被随机分配到W组(液体乳清蛋白在运动前1h和运动后立即补充)或C组(等量安慰剂服用)。经过一周的脱洗期后,在第二次测试中,受试者交换干预组。结果发现,蛋白质补充组的氨基酸在运动后的吸收速度明显快于安慰剂组,肌肉酸痛在运动后更明显地得到改善,并且更早地出现。
