一株海洋来源水质污染降解光合细菌的筛选及初步鉴定

摘要


水质污染已成为全球生态环境和人类健康的重要威胁,尤其是在海洋环境中,急需探索有效的生物修复策略。本论文旨在筛选和鉴定一种来自红树林根际土壤的光合细菌,以评估其在氨氮和亚硝酸盐去除方面的能力。我们通过土壤样品采集、富集培养、分离纯化及分子生物学鉴定等方法,成功分离获得了1株具有显著降解能力的菌株Rhs.2024。形态学特征显示该菌株在培养基上呈现圆形凸起,且通过PCR扩增与测序确认其与红螺菌属相似度高达99%。功能评估结果表明,Rhs.2024在接种后7天内氨氮去除率达到99.4%,亚硝酸盐去除率达到98.52%。这些结果表明Rhs.2024具备显著的水质净化潜力,可能为水污染治理提供新的生物修复策略。然而,本研究的局限性在于样本量较小及缺乏长期现场验证数据。未来的研究应进一步探索该菌株的基因功能及其在不同环境条件下的表现,以推动微生物技术在水污染治理中的应用发展。整体来看,本研究为海洋来源光合细菌在水质修复中的应用奠定了基础,具有重要的生态和社会意义。
