定向能量沉积TC4钛合金温度与应力场建模及其在体育器材制造中的应用

摘要


钛合金定向能量沉积过程中,复杂移动热源、高冷却速率及多次热循环显著影响温度场、残余应力场及多尺度微观组织演变,导致成形构件微观组织和力学性能的不均匀性。本文聚焦增材制造TC4钛合金中热历史驱动的微观组织演变,建立了基于有限元的温度-应力模拟框架,系统研究了不同热源模式及工艺参数对温度场和应力场的影响。利用ABAQUS建立了振荡激光+电弧复合热源及纯电弧热源下的三维瞬态热分析及顺序耦合热-力有限元模型。结果表明,引入振荡激光使熔池宽度增加、长度和熔深减小,增强横向热再分布,使多层热循环峰值分布更集中,并降低整体等效应力峰值。所建立的温度-应力模拟框架可为钛合金定向能量沉积中的组织均匀化及性能优化提供理论依据,尤其对高性能体育器材(如竞赛自行车架、高尔夫球杆头、网球拍及运动康复假肢)的轻量化、高耐久性制造具有重要指导价值。
