身边的“双面派-CH3CH2OH”——解锁身边的科学奥秘,感知科学的无限魅力

摘要


乙醇(CH3CH2OH,俗称酒精)是和人类生产生活密切相关的有机化合物,具备鲜明的双面属性。本文从负面维度梳理乙醇体内代谢路径、乙醛堆积致醉酒与脏器损伤机理,归纳人参枳椇子口服液、水提高良姜、发酵粉葛提取物、莲藕解酒软糖、益生菌发酵番茄汁五种天然产物解酒保肝原理;从正面维度介绍乙醇在燃料、有机溶剂、烹饪助剂、临床医护、精细化工原料等领域应用价值。依托化学原理科普乙醇特性,倡导科学适度饮酒,减少酒精带来的健康损害。
