吸气肌抗组训练对业余马拉松跑者呼吸肌力的影响

摘要


目的:本研究旨在通过探究吸气肌抗组训练对业余马拉松跑者呼吸肌力的影响,为科学系统的跑步提供理论依据。方法:招募43名业余马拉松跑者随机分成实验组和对照组,每周进行3次训练,持续6周。两组均按照90%无氧阈强度进行10km有氧慢跑。实验组采用50% MIP强度进行吸气肌抗组训练,每次进行2组,每组30次,组间休息3分钟。对照组以15% MIP强度进行训练,每次进行1组,每组60次。在训练前后测试心肺运动试验、呼吸肌能力测试、静态肺测试。结果:实验组和对照组、最大摄氧量、通气阈值、最大吸气压和最大呼气压均得到了显著提高(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,实验组跑者的最大吸气压比对照组提升的更高(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸肌力联合有氧训练能够有效提高业余马拉松跑者的最大摄氧量、无氧阈值、最大吸气压、最大呼气压,其中采用50% MIP强度进行训练对吸气肌能力的提升更加显著。
