军校学员下肢训练伤关键风险因素识别研究

摘要


本研究采用前瞻性队列研究方法,对军校学员基础数据、动作模式、下肢关节灵活性、下肢关节稳定性、身体素质和身体机能与下肢训练伤发生风险之间的内在联系进行了分析。研究发现,双腿Y平衡测试对称性比值、单腿深蹲对称性比值以及30×2蛇形跑成绩,与下肢训练伤的发生呈显著正相关,且受伤组在这三项指标上的数值均显著高于未受伤组。结果提示,较差的下肢动态控制对称性和综合敏捷性可能是导致军校学员下肢训练伤发生的关键风险因素。
