功能性动作筛查对高校网球学生损伤预测及纠正策略研究

摘要


目的:探讨网球专项学生功能性动作筛查(FMS-Functional Movement Screen)与运动损伤的关系,分析其损伤风险阈值,并提出针对性纠正策略。方法:采用FMS测试法与数理统计法,对广州应用科技学院30名网球专项学生进行测试,运用ROC曲线进行统计分析。结果:网球专项学生FMS测试整体平均分为16.5分,运动损伤风险阈值为16.5分。各项目中,肩部灵活性与深蹲得分最高(2.66±0.51分),躯干稳定俯卧撑(2.16±0.40分)与旋转稳定性(2.00±0.00分)得分较低。部分项目存在左右侧差异,提示双侧对称性有待加强。结论:FMS可作为评估网球专项学生运动损伤风险的测试手段,网球专项学生具有较好的髋、膝、踝关节功能,但是双侧对称性和躯干稳定性方面存在不足。通过针对躯干俯卧撑与旋转稳定性的纠正训练,可改善功能缺陷,降低损伤风险,提升运动表现。
