针刺联合血流限制抗阻训练对肩袖损伤患者肩关节功能影响研究

摘要


目的:探讨针刺联合血流限制训练疗法对肩袖损伤患者肩关节功能的影响。方法:2024年4~11月,选取宁夏回族自治区人民医院康复医学中心肩袖损伤36例,随机分为针刺组、血流限制训练(BFRT)组和针刺+BFRT组,每组均为12例。三组在接受常规护理和康复训练基础上,针刺组进行针刺肩部穴位、BFRT在康复训练时患侧上肢大臂佩戴KAATSU血流限制加压带、针刺+BFRT组是针刺联合血流限制,各组每周按实验方案进行干预,连续6周。实验前后分别测试肩关节功能(UCLA)、肩关节疼痛与功能障碍量表(SPADI)、视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)量表以及肩关节活动度(ROM)评分,借助实验数据比较,分析实验干预方法对患者功能改善效果。结果:干预结束后,三组患者UCLA、ROM评分均较干预前明显改善(P<0.05),针刺+BFRT患者VAS得分与SPADI评分均低于干预前(P<0.05);针刺+BFRT组患者VAS、SPADI评分低于针刺组和BFRT组且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)、UCLA评分高于针刺组和BFRT组。结论:针刺+血流限制训练(BFRT)可提高肩袖损伤患者关节活动度,减轻关节疼痛,提高肩关节功能,为肩袖损伤患者的康复治疗提供新思路。
