不同运动方式碎片化对大学生健康影响效应研究综述

摘要


随着数字化学习方式普及和静态学习时间持续增加,久坐行为已成为影响大学生身心健康的重要风险因素。本研究通过梳理国内外有关碎片化运动、运动零食、久坐中断及大学生健康促进的相关研究,对不同运动方式碎片化干预的概念内涵、主要类型、适用场景及健康效应进行系统综述。研究表明,具有“时间占用少、实施灵活、易于坚持”等特点的碎片化运动,较符合大学生课程密集、久坐时间长和运动时间零散的现实特征,在改善心肺适能、调节糖脂代谢、缓解久坐带来的不利生理反应、改善情绪状态及提升部分认知功能等方面均表现出积极作用。其中,有氧型碎片化运动在提升基础体能方面优势较为突出,久坐中断型碎片化运动在减轻代谢负担方面更具针对性。总体来看,碎片化运动虽难以完全替代系统化体育锻炼,但作为一种低门槛、强适配、可嵌入日常生活的运动方式,在提高大学生日常身体活动水平、降低久坐风险和促进校园健康管理方面具有较高应用价值。未来应进一步结合大学生真实学习生活场景,明确不同干预方式的最优剂量、实施频率及长期效果,为高校健康促进实践提供更具针对性的依据。
