玻璃的激光焊接研究现状

摘要


先进的激光焊接技术应用于焊接玻璃的技术有连续(CW)激光、ns激光和超快(USP)激光进行了综述。采用连续激光焊接玻璃和玻璃的时候,无裂纹的焊缝较难获得,这是因为熔池具有自由的表面。在采用USP激光进行焊接的时候,可以得到无裂纹的玻璃,不管玻璃的热膨胀系数是啥样的,只要玻璃之间的间隙小就行,这是因为超快激光(USP)的非线性吸收过程得到的熔池具有非自由的表面,因此其收缩应力得到了抑制。技术上的努力来增加间隙也一样没有裂纹。USP激光焊接显示异种材料玻璃/金属或玻璃/Si之间的焊接也能通过ns和USP激光焊接来抑制金属(或Si)熔池的飞溅而实现无裂纹焊接。
