钛与镍钛形状记忆合金焊接研究现状

摘要


文章综述了钛与NiTi形状记忆合金焊接技术的最新研究进展。重点阐述了有关NiTi形状记忆合金异种金属焊接方法(高能束焊接、固相焊和钎焊、熔焊热导钎焊)及如何避免焊接中金属间化合物和裂纹的产生。简单介绍了钛与形状记忆合金焊接现状,且对NiTi形状记忆合金异种金属焊接技术未来发展进行了展望。
